Tarion provides you with two opportunities to communicate concerns about your new home to them; but, we feel that homeowners should have access to information and answers to your questions on an on-going basis.

Submitting concerns to Churchill Homes: If you have a concern about your new home, please complete and submit the online Service Request Form below. While this form does not serve as an official Tarion submission, it provides you with a convenient way to communicate your concerns to us. Please be as specific as possible.

Submitting concerns to Tarion: You have two opportunities throughout the first year to submit concerns or deficiencies to Tarion through forms provided with your Home Owner Information Package booklet:

  1. The 30-Day Form: to be submitted before the 30th day of your new home ownership.
  2. The One-Year Form: to be submitted during the 11th month of your new home ownership.

You should submit these forms to both Tarion Warranty Corporation and Churchill Homes.
